Before submitting a claim
Stop installation where a product issue is suspected. Retain the product, packaging and proof of purchase, and document the application with clear photos.
Exclusions
Coverage does not extend to misuse, incorrect selection, installation contrary to instructions, incompatible materials, unapproved modification or conditions beyond the product rating.
