What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed MOQ for standard sizes. Private-label packaging is available below 500 kg per size; full OEM customization (head marking, coating color, geometry, threads) starts at 500 kg per size. Standard-size samples are free in ~7 days.
Do you stock in North America?
Yes. We operate a North America warehouse with local customer support. Standard SKUs can ship from local stock; production orders ship factory-direct with the batch report.
What test data do you provide?
Every batch is sampled before shipment. Pull-out (ASTM D-1761), pull-through (ETL 526848), shank shear (ASTM F-606) and salt-spray (ASTM B-117, ≥2,880 h) results are recorded on a factory report that ships with the order.
Can we private-label or OEM?
Yes. Below 500 kg per size: standard screws with your label, pack count and outer packaging. From 500 kg per size: head marking, coating color, custom geometry and thread dimensions.
What are your payment terms and lead times?
Payment terms, tooling, pack quantities and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation. Lead time depends on the SKU, quantity and destination — confirm at quotation.
How fast are samples?
Standard-size samples ship free to U.S. addresses within ~7 days of a confirmed request. Custom-product samples take approximately 20 days, including tooling and production.
