Countersink Drill Bit Set with Depth Stop — 4PCS

Prepare the pilot hole and countersink with one woodworking cutter, then use the adjustable bearing depth stop to help repeat the setting. The knurled collar gives you a secure grip while setting up, and the rubber contact rim helps reduce marking where the stop meets the workpiece.

One set, four cutter sizes

4PCS refers to the four cutter inserts. Each set also includes one adjustable depth-stop holder in your selected color, one hex key and one protective storage case. Choose Gold, Red, Purple or Blue; one holder color is supplied per set. Quantity 1 = one complete set.

Included cutter dimensions

Converted from the supplied cutter markings: 2.8 × 8, 3.2 × 8, 3.5 × 10 and 4.0 × 10 mm. Inch values are rounded to four decimal places; these are tool diameters, not screw sizes.

Fit. Set. Drill.

1. Choose the cutter: match the pilot diameter to your screw and wood. Check the screw head angle and diameter against the 90° countersink before drilling.
2. Set the tool: with the drill switched off and the tool removed, fit the cutter, adjust its projection and the stop position, then tighten the locking screws with the supplied hex key. Keep the pilot projection short enough to remain supported.
3. Test on scrap: clamp an offcut of the same material. Mount the 1/4 in hex shank securely in a suitable rotary drill/driver, drill square to the surface and stop when the contact ring reaches the board.
4. Check the seat: drive a test screw and inspect the finish. Adjust on the scrap until the head seats as intended, then repeat on the workpiece. Clear chips as you work; keep hands away from the cutting point.

Use for countersunk screw preparation in solid wood, plywood, MDF and particleboard — from furniture and cabinet parts to compatible timber trim and deck boards. Select the drill and countersink to suit the actual connection rather than choosing by screw length alone.

Keep the set together

Let the cutters stop before removing the tool. Brush away chips and return the dry parts to the supplied case between projects. The rotary drill and screws shown in application images are not included.
